Return Policy

LIVING PLANTS: If you change your mind, plants in sell-able condition may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or store credit via gift card only (no refunds).

If you buy a plant and it shows signs of illness, you may return it within seven (7) days for a full refund.

PLANT SUPPLIES, EXCLUDING LIVING PLANTS: You may return new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

EVG COLLECTIVE: Since most items are hand crafted or made in small batches by local artists we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
